The room and shared places were tidy and nice. The location was downright perfect! Livia was also a very nice host, always ready to answer all our questions. The location was great, close proximity to great food venues and not too far to walk to most major attractions. The bedroom was a decent size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Livia was mostly contactable by phone and helpful with any query. The furnishings were very modern, wisely chosen and with loving details to feel really comfortable. The bathroom was also super equipped. The roof terrace was extra special. The hosts were very kind, gave us good tips for the city and prepared breakfast every day. All around, it was super nice!
Felt great, no reason to complain.

Terrific views from the terrace! I felt like a professional monument spotter. The location was unbelievably convenient, I practically tripped over ancient ruins. Complimentary WiFi and a lobby fireplace, so I could cozy up while scrolling through my Insta-worthy pics.
What an absolute tragedy, the buffet breakfast options lacked a selection of ancient Roman delicacies. How am I expected to start my day without a taste of history?

My partner and I stayed at Livia B&B in Trastevere for a week. The location was perfect, with a charming view of the piazza and the Tiber River. Despite the lively area, it was surprisingly quiet. We had easy access to Rome Centro, but Trastevere itself was full of hidden gems to explore. The hostess, Livia, was incredibly gracious and even helped us find free parking. She also set out a delicious breakfast for us each morning, including a homemade apple cake. The room was comfortable, with soundproof windows and a well-appointed bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B.
